LPG reducers 2nd and 3rd generation
The second generation gas installation is installed in cars with single or multi-point petrol injection with a catalytic converter and a lambda probe. The user controls the installation from the inside of the car's cabin. The second generation system is composed of: gas filler, switch, LPG tank with equipment, mixer, reducer - evaporator, solenoid valve, catalyst with lambda probe, flow regulator (attuator) and control system. In this system the mixture is regulated depending on the engine's operation.
The third generation installation is suitable for cars with multi-point fuel injection. The fuel / air mixture is created before the suction valve. The construction of this gas system is as follows: gas tank with equipment, gas inlet, gas distributor, gasoline - gas switch, oxygen sensor, controller, mixture composition regulator and reducer with electro - leak. In the injection system, the mixer was removed, which was replaced with a dispenser, and its operation takes place using a stepper motor.
