Application description

The device is designed to calibrate the piston stroke in AC STAG W01, W02 injection rails in standard and BFC versions.

 

 

 
Instructions for setting the injector stroke

Caution:
Setting the W01 injector to the stroke is not equivalent to the factory calibration and does not ensure the correct parameters of the new injector.

Necessary tools: Calibrator set, Allen key No. 4, power source 12.5-13.5VDC 6A.

1. Screw the calibrator in the place of the injector nozzles, after screwing it in, the pointer on a small scale should be in the range of 2-4mm.
If not, after loosening the securing screw "1", adjust the position of the dial indicator "2". After reconnecting
secured with the screw "1" by turning the sensor holder "3" set the zero on the scale on the sensor needle.
2. Connect the plug of the power cord to the injector.
3. Connect the cable to the power source.
4. By pressing the button on the calibrator's supply cable, the plunger stroke is read.

Caution:
Pressing the button for more than 4 seconds may damage the injector coil !!!
5. If the indications do not fall within the limits, correct the stroke by screwing in (too large) or unscrewing the foot (too small).
6. After setting the stroke, the operation should be repeated for the next sections of the injector.
